We have a beautiful day to honor a great graduating class. The 2024 MTHS graduation ceremony will be outside on Malone Field today. Gates will open at 2:45 PM for all guests; no tickets are required. Staff members will be available to help anyone who needs assistance at the ticket booths. Due to the heat this afternoon, we encourage all guests to dress comfortably for the weather.
If you are unable to sit outside today in the heat, we will also live-stream the ceremony in our auditorium for our out-of-town guests; they can watch by clicking below.
Graduates need to arrive at the Toepke Gym by 2:30 PM. Members of the Class of 2024 should park in the back CTE parking lot and enter the building by the woodshop. What a treat! MTHS painting students got to visit with MTHS Art Alum Nate Baranowski today as he is back in town working on his latest mural at the Illinois Prairie District Library. A BIG shout-out to our seniors who helped with the Germantown Hills District 69 St. Jude Laps for Life event today! Our seniors spent their first of summer with the K-8 students, running the relay races, obstacle courses, the warp wall, and Kona Ice! Germantown Hills students raised $34,000 for St. Jude! #redbirdproud

Last week, MTHS had the honor of celebrating our students who signed as part of our Career and Technical Education Signing Day. MTHS was proud to have 7 students sign up for full-time employment with ATS. MTHS has partnered with ATS to offer a work-based learning program in our building four days a week and on-the-job training on Fridays. This group of young people will help mold the infrastructure of America for the future!

MTHS enjoyed celebrating the Culture Fair last week! Students did a great job of gaining knowledge of their countries. Everyone did a great job with all of the dancing, cooking, and music to immerse everyone in their country. Thank you to the Social Science department for hosting this great event.
MTHS students enjoyed this year's FFA Petting Zoo. Our students did a great job of being positive role models for our entire community. It was great to see our grade school districts take part in this fun day!
